Where is my purchase??

I like the game and foolishly decided to buy gold. I have been charged for it but never received it? I have sent two messages to the support team and have not heard back. And why am I not able to get to the Texas territory? I like the game and would love to give a better rating. I hope they fix these bugs so I can.
